100% cotton artists canvas is now an option on the website for all Adam monk Australian landscape photographic images.
We have been selling the canvas in the gallery for some time now, and it is proving to be a great success. All the same quality guarantees apply to the canvas in the same way as the photographic paper images. We have put in a lot of research and pay a great deal of care and attention to ensure the canvas images are the absolute highest quality possible (as of course are the photographic paper images).
The canvas we are using the top grade museum quality, with a 100% cotton base, ph neutral coating and no optical brighteners... what this means is that you are getting the best quality artist canvas that money can buy.
After printing the Australian landscape image onto the canvas, using 100% pigment (very colour stable) we then coat the canvas with 2 separate coats of UV and air tight liquid laminate. This product is produced by the canvas manufacturing company specifically for this purpose. This process eliminates up to 90% of harmful UV and excludes the air from the canvas surface, thereby protecting the image and extending its life span many times over.
